DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:
? Thai National Only, Male/Female Age: 22 ? 35*Negotiable
? Experience and knowledge in Hotel Sales strategies (Wholesales/ Corporate/ etc.)
? A minimum of 1 year of B2B Sales experiences. Experience in hotel industry is plus.
? Strong passion/motivation to work in new hospitality business to create the largest hospitality chain in Southeast Asia from scratch.
? Positive attitude, strong service mind, patient, leadership.
? Initiative and creative person.
? Excellent both verbal and written communication in Thai and English and inter-personal skill.
? Proficient in general computer knowledge.
? Result oriented, self-manage and decisive.
? Being able to work on flexible hours as necessary.

รายละเอียดงาน

JOB HIGHLIGHT:
? Responsible for attainment a business volume as high as possible and to heighten the sales opportunity both for accommodation, banquet event business to generate revenue by attracting customers both domestic and international to be guests at establishment through different channels.
? In addition, by identify our Hotel and function room assets' attractive components, create sales contents which are needed as above doing, and are required when we proceed the sales activities on real / cyber media.
? Mainly, expect you to handle local travel agents, corporate clients and group government in Southern Area to maximize sales opportunities.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Meeting with clients, seeking out business and arranging business deals with opportunities of bringing in guests and volume business into entire company.
? Managing accounts and conducting site inspections & show-rounds, solicits and generates business.
? Create sales plan, rate plan, target segment for each property including preparing and presenting effective contract/proposals as well as maintaining well organized documentations and reports.
? Utilizes company systems and brand standard as appropriate.
? Work closely with cooperate team in preparing, setting up and managing to achieve budget for each property and analyze sales strategies to yield revenue and review potential business.
? Possessing complete knowledge of all services of each property for making a successful sale.
? Being able to travel locally, regionally and nationally to meet with potential partner to discuss business for the company and participate/lead event meetings.
? Creating and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with customers/ partner to generate sales and lead to repeat business.
? Attend and review credit meeting with team among properties and HQ.
? Attend internal Sales and Revenue meeting.
? Establish a rapport with clients/partner to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business to focus on building great relationships.
? Liaise and work closely among HQ team and properties.
